Our White Room range has been developed as a kit form DIY option that does not need planning permission (as it is under 2.5m in height). Combining a super strong timber frame construction with a versatile internal space, the White Room makes the perfect extra home room for your home and has an optional cavity wall-insulated package for Winter use. If you prefer a different colour this room is also available in green. See our Green Room for details.

For those on a budget it is ideal for use as a home office, garden studio, summerhouse, gym, kids den or simply as an extra home room retreat.

The building is supplied factory painted inside and out including the strong timber floor and double glazed windows and doors with house quality locks.

Design how you use your extra room space by choosing window and door positions prior to completing your order. Upon receiving your new White Room Timber Building you will receive comprehensive step-by-step timber room installation instructions, all of the garden room fixings, plus the glazing panels for self-assembly onto your level timber building base.
