This building has a flat roof under 2.5m high
which means that the building can be put close to a boundary without the need
for plaaning permission.
Remember all other buildings over 2.5m high need planning
permission unless 2m can be left from the boundary.
This is a modern contemporary design which incorporates a porch
in front of the double doors. The porch is normally 1.2m wide x 60cm deep and
can be offset rather than centred.
