Everyone wants to live their dream and with Homestead Garden Rooms’ help you can move a little closer to achieving that dream.
The summerhouses are versatile, bespoke and designed to be used every day of the year whatever the weather.
Unlike Log Cabins Homestead Garden Rooms have cavity wall insulation making the rooms warm in the winter and cool in the summer. With a choice of pitched or flat roof, asphalt or cedar roof tiles each building can become an integral part of your property that is a visual delight.
We use a range of buildings as templates which are then adapted and designed to suit your requirements.
There is a wide range of building styles to choose from, each with their own individual look.
The Marlow is an ideal garden office, enabling you to work from home in an airy spacious environment, whilst The Windsor has a more traditional design with an increased pitched roof. If you require a conservatory style building then you should look at The Brighton which has been designed to give maximum natural light and panoramic views from within.
The Ascot is a unique building based on a Georgian design, a completely individual style with true character and functional design and The Cambridge looks superb in any garden location. The dormer style porch over the double doors gives elegance to the appearance.
The Richmond (our best seller) has a minimalistic style with a light airy and spacious feel. The deep windows keep you connected with your garden.
If you require planning permission we do it all for you too, you don’t need to get involved just leave it all to us!
If you don’t want to go down the planning application route then The Oxford is the perfect choice as it has been designed with a flat roof under 2.5 metres high which means it can go within 2 metres of a boundary without needing planning permission (in most cases).
Your summerhouse is built in or own factory in Oxfordshire where it is constructed in sections and sprayed to your colour choice to enable a speedy assembly on your site.
All summerhouses are all fully lined, insulated and double glazed and are delivered to you after we have laid a solid 4” concrete base. Once the groundwork is ready the summerhouse is installed by our experienced and highly qualified craftsmen, usually within a 2 to 5 day period (depending on size). Our own NICEIC qualified electrician is the last man on the job who will install the lighting, sockets and an electrical convector heater complete with timer.
Homestead Garden Rooms are not a newcomer to summerhouses and home offices and we have actually been building and assembling them throughout the country for over 25 years and are very proud of our reputation.
Kirsty Allsopp from (Location, Location) has even had one of our buildings and she had the letter ‘K’ commissioned which was fitted on the roof of her building!
The versatility of our building designs allows us to do as much or as little of the construction work as you require. If you want to use your own base layers, electricians or even install it yourself you can simply have it delivered to you in kit form.
