A 50% Deposit initiates entry into our work programme. The deposit is non refundable unless the order is dependant upon a successful planning application by Homestead. Deposits are made fully refundable without penalty or charge if planning applications are refused. (See planning permission page)
No further payment will be required until the day of site completion of the building.
